Which countries/regions do you ship to?

USA, EU, UK, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, Japan.
We are not able to ship to countries other than those listed above.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do prices include taxes/duty?

Prices do not include any VAT, taxes, duty or customs fees. Goods are shipped from the UK and packages leaving the EU/UK are sent with a full-value customs invoice.


International customers are responsible for paying any customs charges incurred on importing their goods into their own country.

Which currency are products priced in?

All products are priced in British pounds (GBP). The shop allows you to view with an alternative currency, however the exact amount you are charged depends on your payment provider's exchange rate.

You will be sent a confirmation email after payment, and a second email when your order has shipped.

Shipping cost

For orders below £50 there is a choice of tracked or standard (untracked) shipping. A fixed price, dependent on destination country, is charged in each case - these are shown in the table below.

All orders over £50 (excluding shipping charges) use tracked shipping at a reduced price, also shown in the table.


Orders over £70 get free tracked shipping.

Delivery time

All items sent internationally are by Priority Airmail and are delivered by your national postal service.

We usually despatch orders within 3 business days and you will be sent an email when this has happened. The email will include an online tracking link, if appropriate.

The table below shows typical tracked delivery times. Standard delivery usually arrives within 1-2 weeks but can sometimes take up to 5 weeks to the furthest destinations.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may increase due to causes including bad weather and the coronavirus pandemic.


Claims for lost parcels may be made to us after: 13 days for the UK, 25 days for Europe, and 32 days for the rest of the world (business days, excluding weekends and national holidays). Tracked parcels delivered incorrectly should be reported to us immediately.
